Camilla Mason, an accredited Group Sound and Movement Facilitator (Professional Diploma with Distinction) from The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST), is a versatile artist with a passion for creating transformative soundscapes. Specialising in dynamic Sound Baths, she skillfully incorporates instruments such as the Drum, Chao Gong, Vocals, Crystal and Himalayan Bowls to craft raw and ethereal experiences. Camilla's objective is to guide participants on a profound sonic journey, fostering deep reflection and relaxation.
With a professional background in the arts and events industry, she started her career as an immersive performer; building strengths in theatre, cabaret, immersive performance, clowning, drag and creative events. However, holistic arts was always a passion and channelling healing through creativity was always her main drive and personal journey. Music, sound and singing have been present since when she was a child and began training in Classical Singing at the tender age of 13.
Camilla firmly believes in the healing potential of art and sound, viewing it as an extension of the self. Through the infusion of love, rage, grief, and prayer into her soundscapes, she facilitates emotional release and activation. With a dedicated focus on the profound connection between sound, creativity and the mind, Camilla offers a variety of experiences designed to improve well-being and unlock creative potential.

Only wish it had gone longer and deeper with each exercise. Camila runs a really clearly communicated and well held group. The exercises were well explained, brought group cohesion and opened up new possibilities around expression. It definitely tests the edges of comfort by encouraging a lot of silliness, but that’s where the real growth is. Definitely recommend for those feeling blocked with their voices!
