The “Deep Listening Experience” is a practice of active listening to the present moment, encompassing not only the music and sounds, but also the surroundings, physical sensations and internal processes. It aims to create room for self-exploration, mental and emotional release, mindfulness and creativity. In combination with physical exercises, it is suitable for yoga and meditation studios, retreats and therapeutic settings, as well as for creative workshops and team building. An integral part of the experience involves sharing of the personal observations in a closing circle.

AAA is a small collective that works at the intersection of music, art, therapy, and spiritual practices. The AAA is composed of Vera, an artist with over two decades of experience creating sound journeys as a globally touring DJ and dance music composer; Jorhito, known for his subtle and distinct way of playing the gong. He is a yoga teacher and a continuous student of both sound and yoga, offering regular classes in Berlin; and Nigâr, a classical pianist and a sound therapist specializing in tuning forks. She founded her own therapy practice and also works part-time in psychiatric rehabilitation in Berlin
