Alexandra teaches movement sessions that are about consciously listening to the body and its stories, those narratives that we hold and walk with every day. She specialises in releasing tension and conjuring deep relaxation in the body. She has taught Yoga for 20 years as a way of releasing physical and emotional stress and brings the skills of meditation and pranayama and Yoga Nidra and the structural integration of Pilates to her teaching. Historically she was a trained dancer and also practices Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy, her bodywork like the yoga / pilates aims for profound somatic release.
