Being Spiritual

Our interest lies not in the ‘knowing about’ of mind, rather the knowing born of experience. Thus, whilst discussing things spiritual naturally forms a large part of our get togethers, their essence is not talking ‘about’ spirituality, rather the practise of ‘being’ spiritual.
