Ready to embrace change and challenge in the strong arms of community?

The Brave Souls' Kaleidoscope was dreamed for a community of individuals who are courageously navigating through periods of transformation, facing challenges heart-on, and alchemizing loss and grief. 

The Kaleidoscopical meetings are:

a safe haven to come together, let masks and walls down and show up exactly as you are; 

a place to express and free emotions, stories, struggles, and triumphs into the open air; 

a space to crumble or get back on your feet;

a space to be.

 All this with the knowing that you will be met with kinship and celebration of you. 

Meetings are fluid to the needs of those present and based on check-in shares.

The sessions  are founded on sacred listening, mindfulness meditation, assisted grounding connection with the body, emotional freedom techniques, and may involve  journaling, singing, and other creative work.
