Bristena G. Mantu

Bristena G. Mantu is a psychospiritual counsellor, psychotherapist and poet, author of the book of bilingual poetry ‘Inner Callings - a pilgrim’s diary’. Bristena has been on a personal and spiritual growth journey over the last 10 years, during the course of which she has experienced a variety of tools, techniques and practices for the evolution of human consciousness. Inspired by her research into various spiritual paths, travels, women circles and community experiences at conscious festivals, trained and supervised at the Institute of Psychosynthesis London, Bristena brings an innovative and creative approach to individual and group work. Resourced from a deep faith in humanity, moved by a sensitive heart and inspired by creative visions, Bristena loves creating community space where everyone is invited to be their authentic selves, thus rediscovering the lost medicine of connection during these strange and fast-paced times.
