We live in a fast-paced, virtual world and it’s very easy to become numb and disconnected from ourselves and each other. My invitation is to come back. Slow down and listen. Listen to your body, acknowledge and express your thoughts and emotions with no judgement or expectations. I am very passionate about using our voices to express what has been supressed and to find our inner power.  Through Sound and vibration, receiving the medicine from ancient, sacred and shamanic instruments such as Tibetan bowls, conch shells, Chinese wind gong and Shamanic drum we start to come back home to our hearts.
