em (no pronouns) ~ let's play: melt into one ecstatic organism, shift shapes, transform—and land back in our separate selves. i believe in body as a portal, as a prayer ~ in reclaiming our agency from conditioning & oppressive systems. i’m a commitment to remembering and reminding us that we are earth. like you, i've had the privilege of collecting wisdom from many guides & teachers—both human & more-than-human—and i'm honored to be allowed to pass some of it on to you and to learn from you.
