At Finding Flow we work through the barriers and blocks that are holding you back from being the parent you thought you would be. Letting go of what's no longer serving you so you can rise into inner trust.  

We reframe parenting and our children through the body by focusing on the nervous system and how parents can work on their own regulation. I work with parents to boost emotional intelligence so they can understand themselves and their children better.
