Heart Rites

Heart Rites is an organisation run by Kate Freyja, the ethos of Heart Rites is to teach  the remembrance of sacred ways, so as to inspire unity, wellbeing and harmony.

Kate Freyja hosts immersive workshops, courses, mentorship, retreats, and ceremonies focused on somatic healing, animism, neo-tantra, and activating authentic expression. Her events create brave and sacred spaces for deep healing, empowerment, and self-expression. 

Kate Freyja is an artist, sacred celebrant, shamanka and spiritual guide, with a heart centred approach to life.
