The heartshine healing experience is one that is constantly self reflective. Connecting with yourself to give your body what it needs. Self love that is rooted and connected to the earth. 

I like to take the seriousness out of spirituality. I am not the type of person who follows a recipe or the rules. I have not always looked after myself, in fact there are times iv made some pretty silly choices. But I see that we are all part of the same web. Everything interlinks and has a part to play in the big vibration. I have many tricks up my sleeve that contribute to the melting pot of offerings. Its about finding your medicine. Listening to what your body needs in the moment. 

We are constantly evolving and changing. I like to Work with different practices that could support you during the ever changing seasons of life. I am here to help you feel, get real and heal. So you can keep on growing with a shinning heart space. 

Connecting with the divine being within, following our hearts and staying rooted in this earth experience is at the core of my healing practices.
