Heart of the Rose

Heart of the Rose is created, and lead by Anya, who is a Temple Priestess; a Sacred Sexuality, Somatic Embodiment & Women's work facilitator; Vocal Reiki Healer, Yoga Teacher, Ceremonial Dancer, Ceremonial Vocalist and Artist.

​Anya  has been holding workshops & retreats for 5 years, in Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Women's work, Sacred Sexuality and more in South Wales and South West England. She is passionate about bringing people in circle to connect in deep authentic relation, creating community, love between us all within a workshop. She creates a space to feel deeply safe, grounded and regulated, she believes only from this safe regulated state can we truly receive pleasure and love deeply. She has done many trainings over the years in various areas of facilitating spaces as listed above across the world. In her Sacred Sexuality offerings her knowledge has been fuelled by training mostly with Eshana Spiers, Caffyn Jesse  and Academy of Modern Tantra, along with much self-inquiry.

She believes in full expression of life without apology. In power of expression channelled through our life force, Eros, to be expressed in creativity and sexuality that is felt in every moment, every sensation, every experience.

She is extremely passionate about providing spaces that encourage empowering self on individual's own healing journey and giving the tools to do so, and encouraging methods and insights into cultivating our life force energy and the love that brings for self and all around and reigniting that power within us that has been shamed and suppressed, and regenerating energy within us for our better health, greater personal power, greater pleasure in all of life's experiences.
