Kasia is an Ayurvedic practitioner, Breathwork facilitator, Energy Healer, Reiki Master teacher, and Women's Circle facilitator.

Drawing from the ancient  wisdom of Ayurveda, Kasia embraces the profound connection between our individual constitutions and the natural world. Her practice is a dance of holistic healing, weaving together the timeless principles of Ayurveda to remove imbalances at their root and offer tools to rekindle our inner light. Kasia's deepest calling is to empower seekers, guiding them to reclaim their wellness, find peace, harmony, and balance, and navigate life's journey with grace. She works in partnership  with Easy Ayurveda hospital in Mangalore, India, and passionately brings the transformative power of Panchakarma healing, offering rejuvenation, longevity, and the reversal of dis-ease.

Kasia's journey with Reiki began 13 years ago when a whisper from the universe led her to pursue Reiki Level 1. Since then, Reiki has become a beacon of light in her life, guiding her through the shadows of anxiety, grief, sadness, and disconnection. This sacred energy has helped her transcend limiting beliefs and generational traumas, bringing a symphony of emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. As a nurturing parent, Kasia has woven Reiki into her family life, helping her children navigate stress, exhaustion, and unexpressed emotions. Her exploration of Sekhem and Seichim has deepened her Reiki practice, allowing her to offer powerful, transformative healing sessions to her clients.

Reiki, a luminous thread in Kasia's tapestry of healing, is a potent force she reveres. In alignment with Ayurvedic wisdom that teaches the vital importance of unblocking energy to prevent disease, Kasia has crafted a unique deep chakra reset program. This sacred journey enables her clients to experience profound transformation. Each week, she brings the gentle power of Reiki to the critically ill in a hospice intensive care unit, offering solace and healing.
