Nicola Foster and Jason Porthouse are both teachers with the Jan Day School of Being. Since 2019, they’ve been offering intimacy and conscious dating workshops in London and Frome, creating spaces for deep connection and personal transformation.
In 2024, they deepened their practice through a year-long immersion in Instinctive Meditation and The Radiance Sutras with Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine. This sacred, embodied approach to meditation has become a profound source of nourishment, and they now feel called to share it—as a path of intimacy. Intimacy with self, with breath, with inner parts and with the mystery of life itself.
About Nicola
Nicola has been a relationship therapist since 2014, working with individuals and couples both online and in-person through immersive therapy intensives. Her journey into this work began in 2011 with her own exploration of love and intimacy at Jan Day’s workshops. Inspired to follow this calling, she left her corporate career and trained as a certified sex and relationship therapist. Nicola is now also a teacher with the School of Being, helping others reconnect with desire, depth, and authentic relating.
