I am a trainee counsellor who provides a safe, warm, supportive and non-judgemental space for clients to integrate psychedelic experiences and talk through any challenging issues in their lives. I systematically consider the whole person in my work – mind, body and spirit. I  use an ‘integrative approach’ - meaning I draw upon various models of therapy/theory which I feel best suit my client’s needs, including Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Psychology. The integration therapy I offer is specific to psychedelics, and is informed by my ongoing training as a counsellor. My aim is for you to feel safe and supported during our sessions.
