We offer a variety of workshops and experiences crafted to bring us into unison not just with our own mind, body and soul but with the people and world around us. 

Joyous Connection is a 90 minute journey with our feet grounded on the earth, our laughter filling the air, our movement flowing through the space and our hearts filled with light.

YogHaha began as a Laughter Yoga practice that has since expanded into something far more profound. With my deeper understanding of Yogic breathing, metta meditation and authentic relating the workshop began to take on a whole new dimension.
