Kristina has been teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation since 2015. She loves sharing the benefits of this powerful practice and the transformation it brings. Kristina also practices Traditional & Modern Astrology and is a certified Crystal Healer. Her classes and workshops incorporate a variety of elements that complement each other to create a holistic approach to healing. Kristina is committed to supporting people on their journey of integration, empowerment and self-love.

Based near the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales, she draws inspiration from the nature around her. Kristina runs classes and offers guidance sessions.
