My aim is to create spaces of wonder and use the tools I have gathered to invite you gently towards feeling the beauty of your own nature.
I grew up on the edges of wilderness between the Okavango Delta and Kalahari Desert in Botswana, Africa. I spent my formative years in the dust and swamps, playing with leeches and lion ants and collecting mushrooms from termite mounds when the rains came. I studied History of Art and worked in the art world in London before coming back into my senses and a more harmonious relationship with nature.
I'm a trained nature facilitator and artist. Art has been a portal for me that brings me into connection through observation and activating the will to be creative.
I've worked on facilitations wild and wonderful - from a retreat that nourished climate change activists with Change In Nature to hosting an epic Hunger Games camp for teenagers with WildWise, weaving a beautiful gathering for All That We Are podcast in Devon's Embercombe to a year-long course to reawaken our ancestral blueprint with The Old Way. I've also co-facilitated Re-Childing workshops that awakened our sense of play.
I am currently co-hosting Co-Existence, an artist residency program with Studio Verde and Nashulai Maasai Conservancy in Kenya, which is about how we can kindle stories of indigenous wisdom.
What I love about nature connection is that it's not about finding the right way. It's about opening up spaces of exploration so that we can find our own way and share the adventure with each other.
