I am a certified trauma-aware relationship coach supporting women to break co-dependent patterns, find their voice in relationships, develop healthy communication with their partner, and ultimately nurture the most important relationship of all: with themselves. Trained in level two Non-Violent Communication (NVC), healthy, authentic relating is a huge part of my work.

I believe the patterns we see emerging in our relationships provide the pathway to our deepest healing. My work is deep, powerful, and transformative, and it gives the women I work with a solid foundation from which they can create thriving, fun, supportive, loving relationships where they feel free to truly BE who they are.

During my Dj sets , prepare for deep Middle Eastern rhythms, Latin Jazz, tribal House, get-your-dirty-bass-face-out beats, heart expansive medicine music and everything in between.
