Sarah Vero

I am a science of wellbeing communicator, campaigner and group facilitator. For the past nine years, I have led meaningful group experiences, events, workshops, rituals, and transformational spaces.  I provide embodied, practical tools underpinned by evidence-based frameworks.

I currently offer workshops in Grief Tending and Deep Rest (with gong) in person in Frome, Somerset, UK. In 2024, I will offer grief tending in a range of retreat settings, which are listed below. You can book tickets for all my public events through Dandelion.

I offer ways to get closer to a feeling of aliveness, wholeness and connection, closer to what it means to be human. I have been described as a ‘feeling leader’. To truly flourish, we must get intimate with the full spectrum of our emotions and our humanity, which is why my work encompasses ways to cultivate joy, deep rest and ways to feel grief. 

I believe there is a more connected and meaningful way for us to live together and that we can find our way there collectively. The path to collective liberation is the path to wellbeing. 

I completed Apprenticing to Grief with Sophy Banks and Jeremy Thres in 2021. I completed training in sound healing with the Yoga of Sound in Spring 2017, taught by Thomas Owen Keirnan (Sounds of Light), Pavan Ji (Hanuman Project) and Madeleine Bachan Kaur. I have been working with the gong and vocal toning since then. I trained in Collaborative Vocal Improvisation with Briony Greenhill in 2022. I completed Authentic Revolution’s Authentic Leadership facilitator certification program with Sara Ness in 2022. I completed Mycelium’s Mixed Mental Arts Group Facilitator Program twice, in 2018 and 2020.
