Spirit Medicine is a monthly online space working with and celebrating the flows of the Lunar cycles, Spirit animals as well as unlocking the positive depths and aspects of the subconscious mind. 

Bringing together an eclectic mix of hypnotherapy, guided meditation, storytelling and curated music to unlock huge reservoirs of innate potential waiting to be retapped and remembered. 

All of this supported with over 15 years of coaching and therapy experience, I design and hold spaces that are both cared for and considered, safe and supportive as well as expansive and evolutionary.
