The Heart of Us
Deepening Connection, Honoring Grief, and Cultivating Love
At The Heart of Us, we believe that relationships are both a source of profound joy and a space where unspoken grief, tension, and longing can quietly shape our connections. Our mission is to create spaces where couples can find greater ease, intimacy, and authenticity in their relationships by integrating deep relational work with grief tending practices.
Through retreats, workshops, and guided experiences, we offer couples the opportunity to step away from daily life and into a nurturing space where they can explore new ways of relating, express unspoken emotions, and build stronger, more resilient partnerships. We weave together structured relational practices, embodied exercises, and collective rituals, all designed to foster healing, connection, and a renewed sense of love.
Our approach is gentle, invitational, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique journey. Whether you are looking to break old patterns, rekindle intimacy, or simply deepen your connection, The Heart of Us provides a compassionate space to do this important work—together.
Reconnect. Grieve. Love. Grow.
Roisin Green (www.roisingreen.com/) is a psychosexual and relational life therapist, and has led a life bordering on obsession with the emotional truth of each moment. Roisin’s journey has led her through work as a clown, dance, sub-dom, and across somatic practice of many kinds. Also to times of dedicated meditation practice and neurobiology as it relates to trauma. The Hear of Us offering concentrates many, if not all of her cultivated and instinctual faculties to provide deep play and unearthing.
