Why find out who you are?

Why pursue this question at all? 

“Everyone needs to answer this for themselves” says Richard Lang, "but for me... I would rather live in reality than a dream. I would rather know who I am, not just who I imagine myself to be." 

You may already know; the Headless Way as is a series of simple yet innovative observations of what its like to be you. Slightly less well known is the masterpiece ‘The Hierarchy of Heaven & Earth’ written by originator of the Headless Way, Douglas Harding.

It thoroughly examines our experience from the 1st and 3rd person, and the many incredible and poetic parallels of our smallest scale (atoms) to our largest (galaxies) and the ways our identity is continuous with them all.

So I was very happy to see our upcoming Headless Way retreat with Richard Lang featured in Wellbeing Magazine. We'll be dedicating a full session to an exploration of the hierarchy, but you can get a taster here. 

There are two spots left (for female attendees) available.
Retreat runs Thursday 26th October to Monday 30th October, Devon, UK. 
It's promoted in collaboration with the Psychedelic Society. Although no substances are involved, it does get quite trippy!
