Hi there,

If you can work remotely for your job, I would love for you to join me on this amazing Co-Live opportunity in Portugal this coming April!

I've been to two of these, and they are a magical time of meditation, forming friendships and all whilst surrounded by beautiful nature whilst still getting your work done!

They're organised by my friend Harry who founded Innate after burning out from more corporate ventures, and realising he wanted to create a more beautiful way to live. I think he's pulling it off too!

If you want to really have your meditation practise supported by a community, but without having to go on retreat, its simply perfect. I've not found anything like it -

normally I'm either meditating alone or have to take time off work to be on retreat. How cool is it to meditate together, support each other in our work and have inspiring conversations into the night?

Also, I love to travel, but because I'm not good at doing holidays, this combines all the things I love:

Also, perhaps most importantly, I get to benefit from brilliant meditation instruction.

Because I'm one of the facilitators on this one, I got to have some input as to the co-facilitator. I strongly recommended Sophie because I've already benefited from her tuition and I want more!

She's got a life-time of meditation experience in deep Tibetan traditions, and when she gives a simple meditation instruction, I can really tell. It's like there is a transmission in the way she conveys the information, even though I've been meditating for years now, so its rare that I hear new information. Its all about how it said.

She's very sought after, (normally too busy teaching courses for business leaders or at places like Oxford of Harvard,) so it's quite a unique opportunity and I'm excited about it.

In the evenings I'll be sharing my favourite ‘mind games for modern mystics’ and getting the ball rolling so we can discuss non-duality, consciousness and how weird reality is! But I'm also hoping to find time to learn to surf at the on-site surf school, and go on some of the amazing walks in the region. The cliffs take your breath away.

If you've got any questions let me know, otherwise you can click the pic below to get all the info, see more pictures and apply to join.

For me at least its been a couple of life-changing journeys, so I hope you get to experience it too!

Looking forward to it!

PS You have to ‘apply’ to join - sometimes people think that is weird. Its just because if we're living and working around each other for a month, its important everyone is there for the right reasons so we can feel safe, and so that there is a nice diversity of ages etc. Harry is brilliant and getting amazing groups of people together,

"nothing less than a transformational experience... so simple yet so powerful… the meditation practise was introduced gently and with care - completely accessible to a complete beginner yet eye-opening to a long-time practitioner."- Egle

"My whole being felt so content and joyful being so close to great people. I absolutely love the people I've met and I learned so much." – Robin Prospect

Finally, here's Harry on the last colive enjoying some well-earnt time in nature away from social media:
