About the Role
As the event coordinator, you will help shape the future of True Nature by expanding our event offerings and increasing our social media reach. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic blend of essential skills and valuable experiences that resonate with our mission of empowering women, fostering self-healing, and promoting ecological awakening.
You'll collaborate with co-founders and the membership manager to develop a portfolio of events that meet our community's needs and support the organisation's growth.
We are a non-hierarchical, close-knit team seeking someone who shares our passion and values. We want someone committed to long-term growth and eager to grow with us.
Skills and Experience for Event Coordination Role
This role requires someone who will exhibit a strong blend of essential skills and valuable experiences that align with our mission. We need someone who can integrate into our team, demonstrating a high level of commitment, creativity, and strategic thinking.
This person should be capable of driving the growth and success of our events while also contributing to the nurturing and supportive culture we strive to maintain.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication
- High level of self-organization
- Attention to detail
- Great copywriting skills
- Community building
- Marketing expertise
- A good eye for ‘what sells’
Desired Experience:
- Freelancing or entrepreneurial spirit
- Event production or coordination experience
- Event copywriting
- An existing network of facilitators
- Knowledge and experience in the women’s empowerment and personal development industry
- Familiarity with London venues
- Willingness to invest in the long-term growth of the organisation
