Hi there,
As you may know, Adventures in Awareness was born out of the UK's Psychedelics Society, with whom we still closely collaborate on many events.
They are celebrating their 10th Year Anniversary Celebration this coming Saturday in London.
I'll be hosting a session with Shamil Chandaria on his recently developed theory of consciousness that puts meditation, psychedelics, and the future of AI in a whole new light, integrating the leading theories of consciousness and perception. We will then have a practical session in which a series of thought experiments, guided meditations, and perception games will give you a taste of the many wonders your mind has to offer.
There are many other exciting talks, workshops and dancing to experience, so I hope to see you there!
You can use the code ADVENTURE20 for 20% off your ticket.

Is reality empty, or full?
Next Wednesday, 7pm UK time I'll be moderating a conversation between Bernardo Kastrup and Jay Garfield, delving into the similarities and differences between Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and Analytic Idealism.
What do you think? Is consciousness primary? Can meditation shed light on metaphysics? Feel free to email me with your thoughts beforehand.
This is an exciting opportunity to hear two great minds compare two incredible traditions, and what this might mean for how we approach life, death and beyond.

I hope to see you there, or at one of our other upcoming events including this year's Headless Way retreat with Richard Lang!
With appreciation!
Amir
