Something we (Dan & Mags) enjoy doing at this time of year is a journaling prompt guide called Year Compass - it's free to download online here. It's a lovely way to reflect on the last 12 months, favourite moments, trickier times and everything in between.
Then the guide looks at the year ahead - it's a chance to vision, dream big and really look forward in time to what we might want to conjure up for ourselves and make a reality! The final prompt asks for your word of the year - what might yours be?
