Beautiful there,

Here’s something we all need to remember…we’re not broken.

We’re just living in a world that’s forgotten to follow seasons.

At True Nature, we come home to the ancient truth that life moves in cycles, not straight lines.

Cyclical living is a reclamation of the feminine because it honours the natural rhythms of rest, creation and renewal that our bodies and the earth move through. It invites us to step away from the constant push of productivity and return to a slower, deeper way of being.

The Wheel of the Year is one of the oldest maps we have for remembering. In my life, I've found that the more I work with it, the richer life becomes. Versions of it have been used by earth-honouring cultures for over 12,000 years. Because it works.

It reminds us to rest. To rise. To begin again.

And here’s what I’ve discovered: when we stop pushing so hard, we tap into a deeper, steadier flow. I feel more energy, more clarity, more ease, and honestly, a real sense of flowing with life.

Celebrating Lamas on August 1st

As summer’s peak begins to soften and the days subtly shorten, Lammas invites us to shift from outward expansion into gentle reflection.

It’s a time to pause, honour how far we’ve come.

We gather the fruits of our labours, not just in nature, but in our hearts. The stories we've lived so far this year, the quiet resilience, the tiny brave things.

Long ago, the grain harvested now would not only feed a family through winter. It would be saved as seed for the next cycle. This exchange, this trust in the ongoingness of life, was sacred.  In contrast, today’s reliance on seedless, genetically modified crops reflects a world drifting from nature’s wisdom.

Lammas invites us to remember the old ways.  That what we harvest now contains next year’s promise.

We listen. We breathe with the land. We honour the seeds past, present, and future.

Reflection Points

These journaling prompts are here to help us connect more deeply with the wisdom of this season.

You might take them to your favourite wild place, or settle in with a cup of something warm. Let them guide you into conversation with yourself, the earth and the quiet rhythms of the turning year.

What seeds did we plant earlier this year that are now bearing fruit?

It can be powerful to trace our steps and see what intentions we set, and how they’ve started to grow. Some things unfolded as we’d hoped, others surprised us. What’s come to life in ways we didn’t expect?

How can we honour the effort it’s taken to get here  with rest, celebration, or gratitude?

It’s easy to move on to the next thing without acknowledging all the work it took to arrive here. Let’s pause. How might we celebrate what we’ve weathered and created?

What are we ready to let go of to make space for what truly nourishes us?

This season reminds us to not just gather, but to release. What have we outgrown? What’s no longer feeding us? Letting go can be a gentle, necessary act of care.

What values or qualities do we want to carry into the next season?

As the light slowly shifts, it’s a good time to ask what’s coming with us into the darker months. What truths feel steady and strong enough to walk forward with?

Join For Our Lammas Ceremony

Tending the inner harvest: Honour what's ripening, what's ready and what needs letting go.

If this speaks to you, come join us for an online ceremony to celebrate Lammas.

Amid the summer rush, let’s pause together, slow down, reflect on what we’ve grown and tenderly care for the parts of us that feel heavy or worn.

Whether life feels like it’s shifting beneath your feet, or you simply crave a deeper connection to the seasons, this circle is a space to breathe, be held, and remember that we’re not meant to do this alone.

Come as you are. I’ll meet you there.

Here’s the heart of it: tuning into life’s rhythms reminds us we’re whole and connected. The Wheel of the Year invites us to slow down and find strength in the flow.

Let’s step off the relentless treadmill and into the quiet power of the seasons.

Together, we reclaim a life that feels natural, joyful, and truly ours.

With much love and fire,
