I design uplifting creative training workshops for the charity sector. I lead mindful walks, the Urban Curiosity Walking Book Club and a monthly London writers retreat. I write this weekly-ish Substack newsletter and teach creative writing for wellbeing. I fundraise part-time at East End Community Foundation on the Isle of Dogs. And I collaborate with great associates on custom programmes, workshops and events for the charity sector and with friends in my local community.
