I have learnt several techniques to improve my meditation practice from this course. The techniques are explained according to the personal experience/perspective of the instructor, which helped my learning. Two of the techniques are effective to me. I would like to suggest to set up a follow up platform for attendees to practice group (interactive) meditation on some of the techniques, such as "noting". It seems that group medication has one unique advantage - it can reduce mind wandering significantly.
