PREPARING FOR THE CEREMONY

Important information:

It is recommended that you don’t eat before the ceremony and keep a light diet on the day of the ceremony.

The plant extract contains a low percent of alcohol just like any herbal extract or Flower Essence, the dose used will be very small but please let me know if you cannot consume alcohol.

Please check for any contraindication with your medications or let me know.

Please inform me prior the ceremony if you are pregnant, you will be able to attend but not consume or interact with the plant physically, you can still work with the Spirit of the Plant very effectively.

Please keep from consuming alcohol on the day and night of the ceremony.

No prior experience is required for a Sacred Plant Ceremony, only to enter with respect and the intention to develop a relationship and journey with the Plant Spirit.
