The Grief Walk and Talk

'The Grief Walk and Talk' is a FREE community event.

Join Olivia and Iola of 'The Grief Retreat' for a friendly, relaxed wander on Hampstead Heath (London) to talk about grief with others who know this journey well.

Meeting point: Hampstead Heath Bandstand - 6.30pm.

We will provide tea and biscuits (and hugs, if you'd like them!)

We will start with a little circle to drop into our hearts and meet our grief. Then we will go for a walk through the beautiful nature, talking with different partners and opening up around our grief. Share as much or as little as you want.

Olivia and Iola are co-founders of The Grief Retreat. We run two grief retreats per year and various online and in-person grief tending workshops.

We are passionate about bringing grief out of the shadows and providing sacred, deeply-held spaces where we can grieve in community.
