Self Power Ritual

A powerful practice blending systemic constellations with shamanic ritual, to support you to awaken and embody new energies and qualities.
 

These are strong times, times which call for us to step beyond our limitations and foster greater self-belief. To be all that we can be. Sometimes we cut ourselves off from aspects of our power in order to win love and validation, to safely navigate the world. We whisper when the lion inside wants to roar, or smile when we actually need to cry. Held in place by fear, our forgotten traits can remain bottled up for a lifetime.

Ritual is a powerful way to awaken the parts of ourselves that remain quietly cut off in the shadows, to call in potency, loving boundaries, abundance, trust and self-love. If there is a voice inside that tells you that you want more from life, you can now listen. It’s time to let go of excuses and become all that you can be.

What to expect

The session will start with a guided journey to discover a dormant energy or quality that wants to be called into your system, followed by an embodied ritual using objects from your local environment to support you in overcoming the barriers on the road to its expression. The work incorporates Systemic constellations and shamanic practice.

8 objects, including some from nature – feathers, a blade of grass, dried flower petals

A room with some open space for movement

A candle and matches

A blindfold or scarf 

Your Guide

Hannah Sneyd is a practitioner of family constellations and shamanic healer, a storyteller, poet, psychic, facilitator and curator of immersive and life-enriching events. Having trained in shamanism, tantric bodywork, family constellations and theatre of the oppressed, her work treads a subtle path between the emotionally tender and the transcendent, supporting the full expression of our authentic selves through embodiment and ritual. She draws deeply from the wellspring of nature and from human mythos both ancient and modern. She lives on Dartmoor and spends her free time exploring the Westcountry’s wilds and waves, dancing and digging up the garden.
