Dandelion Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Dandelion ticketing platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy and cookies policy.
General Terms
1.1. The Dandelion platform ("Dandelion") is run by Symbiota Ltd, a not-for-profit worker co-operative registered as a company limited by guarantee, company no. 09603539.
1.2. Dandelion is a service provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the sale and purchase of tickets to various events organised by third-party event organisers ("Event Organisers"). Dandelion does not organise the events listed on the platform, unless specified.
1.3. Dandelion reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the Dandelion website. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Ticket Purchases
2.1. Payments are taken by third-party payment processors including Stripe and Coinbase Commerce directly to accounts run by Event Organisers. Dandelion does not handle or receive payments for tickets on the platform.
2.2. Ticket purchases made through Dandelion may be subject to additional terms and conditions set by respective Event Organisers.
2.3. Once you have completed a ticket purchase, you will receive an electronic ticket ("e-ticket") via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided email address. Dandelion is not responsible for any errors or delays in receiving the e-tickets due to inaccurate email addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
3.1. All refund and exchange requests for tickets purchased through Dandelion must be directed to the respective Event Organiser. Dandelion is not responsible for processing refunds or exchanges.
3.2. The refund and exchange policies are determined by the Event Organisers and may vary for different events. It is your responsibility to review and understand the refund and exchange policies before making a purchase.
Ticket Resale
4.1. Dandelion permits you to resell tickets you have bought unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Event Organiser or local laws/regulations.
4.2. Any resale or transfer of tickets is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Dandelion does not guarantee or verify the authenticity or legitimacy of tickets being resold or transferred.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. Dandelion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or the purchase of tickets, including but not limited to any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
5.2. Dandelion does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of the information provided on the platform. Dandelion shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the event listings or any other information provided by the Event Organisers.
Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to Dandelion and its content (excluding the content provided by Event Organisers) are the property of Dandelion or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from Dandelion without prior written permission.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
