The Remembering Breath
Holosomatic Breathwork Evenings in Totnes
with Kat Ballam
Friday 6th June
7.30–9.30pm
The Angel Room, Bowden House, Totnes
Join us for a monthly gathering to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and the healing power of your breath. These evenings weave Holosomatic Breathwork with space for intention, integration, and gentle restoration.
This is a space to soften, release, and return to the deeper truth of who you are—through embodied, conscious breath.
✨ Trauma-informed and beginner-friendly
✨ Guided by Kat Ballam, therapist trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté
✨ £16 per session
✨ Please bring water, a yoga mat, and anything you need for comfort
Step into a powerful ceremonial space to awaken, release, and transform. This breathwork ceremony invites you to journey inward, guided by experienced facilitator, Kat Ballam who creates a deeply held, sacred container for your healing and liberation.
Through the power of Conscious Connected Breath, you will be supported to safely release emotional and energetic blocks that may be holding you back—clearing the way for profound peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of wholeness. The ceremony weaves together breathwork, bodywork, somatic practices, intention, music, and gentle guidance to help you drop beneath the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your true self.
In the intentional space of the ceremony, healing unfolds not only on a personal level, but also in connection with the collective field. People leave feeling lighter, more liberated, and deeply connected to the mystery and magic of life.
No prior experience is necessary—only a willingness to show up and surrender to the breath.
Join us and experience the profound freedom that awaits when you breathe with intention, in ceremony, and in community.

Your breath remembers the way home.
What people have said:
“There is a gate to the inside of you where you keep your feelings and thoughts that you have forgotten or hid for your own protection. The gate is there. And the journey beyond is there. Kat helps you open the gate. She helps you see the path that you already want to take but haven’t yet. I’m a hard nosed sports jock and one session with Kat made me open the gate and remember where my real strength was. I have no idea what she can do for you. But I’m certain it’s worth finding out” MM
“Kat holds the space with such gentleness, warmth and wisdom - it made me immediately feel at ease and in safe hands. The Breathwork ceremony felt magical and profound, and I was amazed at the transformative power of only a two hour session. I left feeling lighter, more connected and with an open and full heart." KW
