Deep, lasting  healing occurs organically…when we gift ourselves what we never received.

Our own love and bliss at our core. 

We ARE this, this is our innate state of being. Yet it can feel a million miles from our daily lived experience.

We can struggle for years trying to unpick the trauma, de-condition from the patterns of stress, contraction and pain. Only to keep reliving this, embedding this, and feeling like bliss and inner peace is a miracle for a chosen few yogis!

It does not need to be this way. 

Embodied bliss is a choice we make, to come home to the pulse of divinity humming in our cells. 

Not the mental layer, not the ego story layer, but a reclamation of who you ACTAULLY ARE. 

You unique story is important, and equally, it is not the layer of you that can actually CHANGE your fundamental biochemistry and experience.

The plants are dear soul companions that can help us REMEMBER. Not just as a concept of being embodied bliss and love…but actually feeling it and feeling safe to receive it.

We can often most fear and resist our natural state of loving bliss, as through past hurt and learn patterns of personal protection, our neurobiology can become locked in survival, pain and contraction. 

We do not reverse this through picking away or fixing trauma. We reverse this naturally, by gifting our body what it didn't get and longs for…SAFE, GENTLE, GROUNDED LOVE AND BLISS.

Come and learn how to weave their medicine up your spine and through your pelvis as we invite tenderness and sweet medicine to tingle through your fascia and nerves. We are not trying to do anything, or get anyway. Simply creating a beautiful container for the real YOU to emerge.

The ceremony includes optional somatic integration, sharing, hugs, breathing together and giggles.
