Reclaiming our Wombs: Twerkshop, Sacred Chalice Booty Dance with Jessika Shanti

Twerking has its roots in West African traditions and  dance culture, a celebration dance that has gained much attention over the last decade . Why?  Because this primal movement comes from the female core, the challice set in the hips, and is an expression of power joy and sexual autonomy.
In this workshop we will explore some of the route movements connected to this expression, celebrating our bodies reclaiming our feminine power and shaking our booties to some awesome music.
Age 16+
Please note this Twerkshop has a fitness class feel, it can be low intensity or high depending on how much energy you have. The Invitiaion is to come in short shorts or loose trousers, to feel your booty jiggle.
