Beltane Plant Medicine Circle

Come and join us this Beltane as we receive the wild medicine and guidance from our native plant allies. We will be working with Wild Violet and Mugwort, and the theme is free expression of our inner child.

Like many of our inner parts, the inner child longs for witness, expression and welcome within us. In a world which focuses on seriousness and rigidity, our innocence and boundless joy can become shut down, leading to weariness and grief in the body.

What if rather than fixing the past or pushing our inner child to heal, we gave her/him all the opportunities for free expression and play that we may have missed out on? What if this was all that was needed, to bring you back into trusting union?

We will be sharing Wild Violet and Mugwort medicine together, crafted from our local lands. Mugwort is a beautiful and potent alchemist plant, that gently guides our bodies to release old patterns that may have held back our free expression and child-like wonder.
Wild Violet helps us integrate our divine light and magic into these earthly, soft bodies. Supporting us to reclaim our sacred mischief and joy and set it lose in our bodies and lives.

The circle will allow time for sharing, movement, hugs and supportive touch, creative expression and witness of whatever your inner child longs to share.
