Sound & Spirit: A Christmas Sound Bath Immersion

Join sound healers Jessika and Nat for a heartwarming evening of festive indulgence and restorative sound healing, designed to relax and rejuvenate you during the busy festive season.
Begin your evening with treats and Three Spirit Christmas Mocktails, the perfect prelude to an unforgettable experience. Three Spirit are non-alcoholic spirits with adaptogens like cacao, mushrooms and healing herbs.
We will then settle into comfort as Jessika and Nat guide you on a deeply immersive sound journey. Using a variety of healing instruments, we’ll create an intricate soundscape, sometimes playing together to enhance the richness and depth of the experience. This layered and fully immersive approach is designed to help you unwind, restore balance, and connect with the spirit of the season in a meaningful way.
