Circling Fundamentals (closed group, July)

I invite you to join me in a warm, intimate setting to explore the principles and practice of Circling, a transformative interpersonal meditation. You will be guided through simple exercises that will bring you into deeper awareness with yourself and others.

This event is designed for individuals interested in exploring the fundamental aspects of Circling, whether you are new to the practice or want to deepen your foundational knowledge.

IMPORTANT: This is ticket is valid for all 5 sessions of the Circling Fundamentals (closed group, every Monday in July). Please only sign up to this group if you can commit to attending at least 4 of these 5 sessions:
- July 1st
- July 8th
- July 15th
- July 22nd
- July 29th

Every session will follow this schedule:
18:45 Doors open
19:00 - 21:30 Practice
21:45 Departure
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before 19h to settle into the space

The location is in a private flat in Prenzlauer Berg, on a first floor without an elevator. If this is a problem for you please get in touch.
