Join us for this unique New Years’ Eve event held in a Drug & Alcohol-free environment! Featuring our awesome Silent Disco headphones based sound system – giving you the ultimate freedom to control the volume of the music. There will also be speakers in the main dance space.

We’ve hosted many EPIC sober & conscious parties and New Year’s eve events in London over the years and guarantee the best hangover free night out!

Ecstatic Dance is a freestyle, expressive dance & moving meditation practice with some guidance. We will dance, sweat & release out what no longer serves us and then be dancing in our dreams, wishes and intentions for the coming year, consciously planting them into our hearts, bodies and souls!

You are also welcome to join us for an optional ‘What’s Your Vision for 2023 workshop’ before the NYE ecstatic dance. The workshop is an opportunity to slow down and take the time to set goals, intentions and tune into your heartfelt mission. Manifest your hopes, dreams and visions in the new year!

ECSTATIC DANCE LONDON, WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

Imagine yourself entering an open space…

and with bare feet explore the exhilarating feeling of moving your body freely. You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, contact dance, improvise, transform. Be true to yourself, while respecting others in the sacred space we create together. This is a safe and respectful environment that embraces ‘all ways’. It is a practice that supports the free expression of emotions and inner space through movement and music. Our intention is self-exploration, connection, healing, expanding human potential and community building through freestyle ecstatic dance. No experience necessary.

OUR ECSTATIC DANCE SESSIONS HAVE GUIDELINES OF:

No Alcohol or Drugs, No Shoes, No Phones, No Talking on the Dancefloor, No Spectating, Move However You Wish, and Respect yourself and others . (More info about what is Ecstatic Dance - further down)

No late comers please. This is a shared journey from the beginning to the end and we aim to create a safe container for all dancers. If you are more than 30 min late from the start of the session, unfortunately you won't be able to join the session, please respect this and arrive on time. Thank you

Cacao is the ultimate heart opener, it will give you energy, revitalise your BodyMind inviting you to express, release & unleash your creativity during the dance! Our Raw Vegan Cacao is prepared lovingly by Diana (who makes the best, velvety tasting cacao in town for sure!). She uses ethically sourced, highest quality ingredients from Guatemala, directly from a reliable cacao bean farmer. Join us to explore Cacao + Ecstatic Dance as a potent synthesis for Transformation!

◈ OPTIONAL 6:30pm-8:30pm Workshop - What's Your Vision for 2023? The workshop will be a space to deepen into your creative flow to access your positive intentions for the New Year.  Please select appropriate ticket type if you would like to attend this workshop & ecstatic dance.(No entry after 6:50pm sorry, this is so we can all journey together)

◈ 8:30pm-9:30pm break (teas & healthy snacks will be provided)

◈ 9:30pm-1am Ecstatic Dance NYE Conscious party/ Cacao/ Midnight Countdown and Happy New Year Healthy shots/ (No entry after 10:15pm sorry, this is so we can all journey together and create a safe space for everyone)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing and dress in layers, feel free to dress up more glam as it's NYE! Sparkles, masks, costumes welcome! Be your fabulous you! As long as you are comfortable and wear suitable clothes for movement/dance. Maybe bring a change of clothes as you will sweat a lot and we want you warm, dry and cozy for your journey home! There will be a dedicated space in the hallway to put your jackets/bags and shoes.

2. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks. Shoes to be left in the hallway as the dance space is a shoe free zone.

3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water & lemon water will be available at the venue as well as a selection of teas and cold drinks.

4. Healthy snacks- we will provide a selection complementary of vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free canapes and snacks, fruit and yummy cakes during the workshop & ecstatic dance. You are welcome to bring your own of course.

5. An open heart & mind! a body ready to dance! And abundant energy for the dancefloor!

-Please be aware that the venue is in an Ultra Low Emission Zone and you may be liable to pay the daily fee. Find parking near Notting Hill Gate on parkopediaThere is no designated parking area at the venue.

-There is a bicycle rack near the venue if you are cycling.

-Venue has an accessible entrance to its ground floor approached via a reasonable incline. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor, same floor where the main hall is located.
