Systemic Constellations

You are warmly invited to join this Systemic Constellations gathering hosted by Jackie and Arabella as a collaboration between The Facilitators Playground (www.facilitator.space/playground) and The Drilosphere (https://dandelion.earth/o/drilosphere). 

This gathering is a space to explore important questions, issues and opportunities such as making career choices, deep-rooted issues in family or romantic relationships, health issues, and more.

This is a collective and interactive practice that touches every person involved in the process. Sometimes in immediate and obvious ways and at other times, connections are made and insights happen many months or even years later.

What are Systemic Constellations?

Systemic constellations is a facilitated group process that brings awareness to relationship processes using the collective and embodied intelligence of the group. This helps individuals explore meaningful questions, issues or challenges they are experiencing in their lives. 

Participants step in to 'represent' different elements of a system, such as family members, friends, colleagues, as well more abstract entities including organisations, resources or even 'what is missing'. This creates an understanding of what is influencing a situation, especially in ongoing situations that no amount of therapy, introspection or personal development has been able to help, shift or resolve. 

As the relationships between these elements are brought to light, we see what is and isn't working, and what can be done to restore the flow of love, energy, and life to make peace with and resolve the issue. 

How do constellations work online?

This powerful yet gentle process works in a way that transcends space and time - the way that you don't stop loving people you love just because they are far away or in another country. We are finding that both online and offline constellations offer deep and transformative experiences.

Joining the session on Zoom, you can be in a physical space that is comfortable and familiar to you. It also connects people from all over the world who would otherwise never meet or be in the same room together. 

What we do in the session

Each session has space for two constellations on separate, specific issues. We will respond to and explore what is alive at the time of the session and you choose your level of participation. This means you can be in the centre by bringing a personal issue to explore with the group, or choose to participate in a different way as a representative or witness to the process.

What happens during a constellation can feel like magic and is often deep and emotionally tender. Participants report having a strong emotional experience that reveals insights leading to unexpected and beautiful resolutions and realisations for everyone involved.

Who are the facilitators?

Jackie Thoms is Co-Founder of Fraendi.org and the Drilosphere. She works with individuals, teams and organisations in the sweet spot of profound inner work and development in adults necessary for creating the conditions for emergence in complex systems. Mother to 3 lively children, wonderful food, meaningful conversations and being nature in nature brings her ease and wellbeing.

Arabella is a daughter, a friend, a colleague, a mentor, a healer and a creative being connected to people all over the world. She is currently practicing slowing down and trusting that everything that unfolds is 'meant to be'. She loves going to the sauna, learning about fungi and eating tiramisu - not usually all at the same time!

As friends and colleagues, Arabella and Jackie try to travel to as many countries as possible, eat as much good food as possible, and get as still as possible. Occasionally with Jackie's 3 children in tow. We also come together to host these beautiful, deep and tender constellations sessions.

What you need to participate

Once you've registered, make sure you have a good internet connection and laptop with working video and audio and ensure that you will be in a room on your own for the duration of the session. You do not need to do anything else to prepare.

Spaces and Cancellations

Each session is limited to 8 people.

Because this is a group process that depends on numbers, please give 48hrs notice if you will not make it. This gives enough time to offer the space to someone else and hopefully enough notice for them to make it. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded. 

Payment

The full cost of a ticket is £40 per person and if two people sign up together it is £30 per person.

If money is an issue but you know you would really like to attend, you can select a concessionary ticket at 50% off, so £20 a ticket instead of £40. If you are in a situation or live in a country where this level of contribution is a barrier to participating, please email jackie@fraendi.org as we welcome people who are really keen to attend and experience this work.
