Come and join me for kirtan followed by a sound journey with crystal singing bowls at Mycelium Space, Frome.
Kirtan is part of Bhakti yoga, the devotional aspect of yoga. We chant together as a meditative practice using mantra (a word or short phrase) to help focus the mind. I am trained in the style of call and response so you simply need to follow. No experience necessary.
In the second half you will lie down while I play the crystal singing bowls to receive sound healing. (Please note contraindications apply - further information provided in booking link).
All traditions and backgrounds are welcome, singers and non-singers alike. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to participate.
