Body Story: Reclaim your relationship with your body

Join us for a honest & embodied exploration of how you relate to your body. Move underneath your own objectifications & reimagine how you connect with yourself.

Be taken on a journey by Somatic Sexologists Aisha Paris Smith (as seen on Channel 4's Virgin Island, The Sunday Times, The Financial Times & more) & Georgie Arabella. 

This will alter the way you see and feel within your body. 
This will focus on building your confidence, self-esteem and embodied JOY. 
This will invite you to stop judging and start feeling even sexier. 

We will get into the gritty and real of how we experience ourselves.
We will explore the ways we objectify our own bodies.
We will reveal what's actually moving for us and reclaim and rewrite our embodied sense of self.

This event will involve:
(a little) playful movement
(a lot of) deep revelation
(body-based) explorative practices
making new connections

Ages 21+. All genders and sexualities welcome.

There is no nudity or touch during the event (except nurturing self-touch!)

Please arrive for 4pm for movement and warm-up.

Session starts promptly at 4:30pm.

We will close with more movement and wind down from 6pm.

This is a rare opportunity to be in session with award-nominated Aisha Paris Smith ahead of her busy summer schedule. Her work is truly magic.

Aisha specialises in somatic coaching, offering her clients a direct and practical approach to reconnecting with and reclaiming all aspects of their bodies through touch. For Aisha, this work is about more than pleasure - it’s also about finding safety, freeing self-expression and integrating shadow.

Nominated to be Sexological Bodyworker of the Year 2025, Aisha’s work has been featured by The Sunday Times and her private retreats in the Financial Times HTSI.

Georgie is an artist, Sexological Bodyworker, Embodiment Coach, and Mentor, devoted to guiding us toward the fullness of ourselves and an embrace of the human experience. She has been running events for over five years and explores emotional, expressive and erotic fluency with her clients. 

50% of the proceeds go towards The Vavengers - a UK-based charity committed to ending Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting and all forms of Violence Against Women and Girls.
