⚡ EXTREME RESET: A 7-Day Challenge to Step Into Your Highest Frequency

Each day, we focus on one chakra, working through blockages and embodying its highest frequency. By the end, you’ll have cleared, activated, and integrated your full energy system—aligning your mind, body, and spirit with your highest self.
🌱 Day 1: Root Chakra – The Foundation of Discipline & Trust (Muladhara)
Theme: Commitment, Stability & Grounding
- Morning Meditation: Building a solid foundation—feeling safe in your body and in life
- Hike: Walking meditation on presence and trust—feeling the Earth beneath you
- Evening Call: How do I build discipline? What fears hold me back from full commitment?
- Integration Practice: Eat grounding foods (root vegetables, warm meals), declutter your space, establish a morning ritual
🔥 Day 2: Sacral Chakra – Reigniting Passion & Flow (Svadhisthana)
Theme: Creativity, Emotional Flow & Sensuality
- Morning Meditation: Releasing emotional blocks and embracing joy
- Hike: Move with fluidity, noticing the beauty and playfulness in nature
- Evening Call: How can I cultivate joy in daily life? What old emotions am I holding onto?
- Integration Practice: Dance, paint, cook something delicious—tap into creative flow
💪 Day 3: Solar Plexus – Stepping into Power & Action (Manipura)
Theme: Confidence, Strength & Taking Ownership
- Morning Meditation: Igniting inner fire—overcoming self-doubt & stepping into personal power
- Hike: Power walk—embracing determination and willpower
- Evening Call: What self-limiting beliefs stop me from taking action?
- Integration Practice: Set and complete a small challenge today (cold shower, difficult conversation, fasting, etc.)
💚 Day 4: Heart Chakra – Opening to Love & Compassion (Anahata)
Theme: Healing, Forgiveness & Self-Love
- Morning Meditation: Heart-opening breathwork & guided self-compassion meditation
- Hike: Notice how your heart feels—how do you receive love from nature and others?
- Evening Call: What relationships (with yourself & others) need healing?
- Integration Practice: Write a letter to yourself or someone else, practice random acts of kindness

- Morning Meditation: Connecting to divine energy—full integration of the week’s work
- Hike: Move in complete presence—reflect on your transformation
- Evening Call: Who am I now? What am I taking forward into my life?
