Cacao & Sound Journey 

Come and join us for a beautiful Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey in the heart of Southampton. 

We will start our evening by drinking a cup of the beautiful cacao elixir together, bringing our hearts into one beat and rhythm, and inviting Mama Cacao and the four elements into our circle. The Spirit of Cacao is a teacher and guide of sacred ancestral wisdom, helping us open our heart space to connect with forgiveness and self-love. During this ceremony, we will be tuning into the energies of the start of summer under the nurturing embrace of the last moments Taurus season.

Hi beautiful souls, I'm Hannah, a space holder, reiki practitioner and sound healer. My own personal journey has fostered a passion for communication, connection, relaxation, and mindfulness which has lead me to facilitating the powerful practice of sound healing. 

Sound healing is an ancient and transformative practice that uses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing, harmony, balance, and well-being in the mind, body, and spirit.
