A day exploring our embodied history of our Ancestors, in community. Systemic Constellations helps us see patterns in our lives which are often hidden or barely visible, but which cause us to feel and experience things that are hard to explain.

Systemic constellation workshops provide a respectful and confidential space in which to look at a wide range of personal issues. The process is supportive, and often highly illuminating and moving. At a workshop we are able to take rare and precious time to drop down into a different connection with ourselves, with others, and with the wider spheres of our relational life. Both bringing an issue and participating as a resource in other people's constellations, offers insight and healing for all in the group. You are welcome to book a place directly, or leave a message or a question.

The group size is between 8-15 people and we will aim to host three issues over the course of 5 hours. There will be an explanation of the process and a meditation at the beginning and end of the day. Please bring your own lunch, there is tea, coffee and snacks provided. We will have one 15 minute break and one 45 minute break for lunch.

The pricing of these workshops is based on two principles:

1) gift, shared, appropriate and abundant economy (for more information please visit my website or sub stack articles.)

2) As this is my first year of professional practice, the price of the workshop reflects this appropriately.

On a very rare occasion it may be the case that you bring an issue and it may not feel possible or appropriate to work with in the moment that it arises. Constellating an issue is at the facilitators discretion.
