Full Moon Intentions - Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance, Sauna & Cold Plunge.

Come and mark the Sturgeon Full Moon with our latest fully  immersive wellbeing experience at Stone Rock Lodge.  Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork Ecstatic Dance, Sauna and Cold Plunge on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in our loving community in Chepstow.

Your journey in dance  will be conducted by DJ One Flow and hosted by Stone Rock Lodge’s Scott, and Caspar from The Fyre.

The Afternoon will begin at 3pm with a Cacao Ceremony, held by an experienced ceremony holder, using Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao. 

3.30pm A taster Breathwork journey using both CCB techniques and concluding with some Wim Hof breath held by  a Wim Hof certified instructor. 
 

At 4pm the Ecstatic 🤩 Sauna and Dance 💃🏻🕺🏻Session will launch with an opening circle. You’ll have 3 areas to dance in, the  terrace, the giant Sauna, and the yoga studio giving you space and different environments to flow and move through. 🌊
 

At 5.45 we’ll slow down and finish with a closing circle, allowing you to all gently be on your way home at 6pm. 
What a way to unwind and fill your energetic cup on a Sunday afternoon. 😁

This is a strictly Alcohol and Intoxicating substance Free event. Enjoy the space, the music, the people and the vibe completely clear and clean, you’ll appreciate it all the more and will feel a 1000 times better the next day. 🙏

This event takes place at Stone Rock Lodge , a hotel, restaurant and wellness centre in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. 
Chepstow is on the edge of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean and just 20 minutes from Bristol.
