Cuddles and Snuggles, Give yourself the Gift of Touch.
Connect with others and plant the nourishing seeds of touch in your life. Flood yourself with oxytocin and serotonin, strengthen your immune system, and regulate your body.

What is a Cuddle Workshop?
A warming, welcoming, nurturing space, to stop, relax, release tension, and exhale, into deep connection with yourself and others.

Each workshop is different and beautiful.

This is not a dating event. Cuddle workshops are opportunities to enjoy fun, connection, community, and platonic physical touch, with new friends, in a safe, supportive environment.

We start with an opening circle. A time for introductions, agreements, and clarity.

The first half of the workshop allows us to relax, laugh, and develop trust with relative strangers. The focus is on understanding how you feel and how to protect your boundaries. You will learn to identify and name your needs and desires, and accept your right to say, ‘No’, ‘Yes’, ‘Pause’, or ‘Stop’. Through fun exercises you will practice listening and negotiating.

In the second half, we create a warm, caring, consensual space.  You will share the healing power of touch, asking for what you want or wish to offer. This is the time for hand holding, eye gazing, shoulder massage, hair stroking, being a small or big spoon,
hugs, cuddles, and snuggles, in pairs, small groups, or even in one large snuggle puddle.

Safe Space

Touch can be triggering. The aim is to provide a safe space where you can explore touch at your own pace to the depth and intimacy level with which you are comfortable.

Suzanne and her assistants are trauma aware. There are specific safety agreements around consent and boundaries, with an emphasis on you being in control at all times. This is a space for platonic touch where any sexual areas are out of bounds. If anyone transgresses this rule they will be asked to leave. Touch will be at your invitation. Either you will ask for the touch you wish to receive or you will be offered touch and will have the opportunity to say No.  Your No is always welcome.

Come as your Authentic Self
No matter  how you feel or present yourself you are welcome.  This is a space accessible to all. This applies to gender, sexuality, emotional status, allergies etc.

To support this please wash before you come and do not wear perfume or products with strong scents

The studio is up a flight of stairs with no lift.  This may make it difficult for some to access.

Your Workshop Practitioner
Suzanne is a qualified cuddle practitioner with a desire to bring healing touch into the lives of everyone. She has a warmth that will instantly put you at ease and an interest in people that is evident in all that she does.

Suzanne wants to bring something new to the community of Chippenham that will allow like-minded people to connect and build something meaningful. She is passionate about the need for more education on consent and boundaries in a society where people are increasingly isolated.

Suzanne is trauma aware and aims to create safe spaces where people can learn to trust in the touch and community of those around them.
