Have you ever been intrigued by how people make jewellery using wax?
Want to learn to use wax to make personalised jewellery and have something you can wear that you made?
This is that workshop.

We will start by discussing the ancient art form of wax carving and exploring its roots and expressions.
Then, you will be able to begin designing your piece on paper first. There will be inspirational content and creative art to awaken your imaginative designs.
I will then demonstrate the different waxes and how you can mould and carve them through various techniques and tools to make your beautiful designs and working wax creations come to life.
You are then free to experiment and play with the different waxes and tools, moulding, shaping and carving your wax, taking your time to create until you feel confident with the result.

Tea, soft drinks, and snacks ( all vegan) will be provided so you can take breaks and enjoy creating with others in a beautiful setting.
Once the workshop is finished and you are happy with your creation, I will send your pieces to my Hatton Gardens (London) casters for your lost wax design to be cast in your chosen metal (Bronze/ brass or silver). Silver will be an extra cost. The casting process can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Once they are returned to me, I will finish and polish your jewellery pieces and send them to you!
